This policy explains what information LegUp Picks ("we", "us") collects when you use our website (leguppicks.com) and our iOS and Android apps, and how we use it. The short version: we collect the minimum needed to run your account and subscription, we don't run ads, and we don't sell your data.

What we collect

• Account information. When you create an account we collect your email address and a password. Sign-in is handled by a secure third-party authentication service; your password is stored in hashed (encrypted) form and is never visible to us.
• Subscription status. We keep a record of whether your email is an active subscriber so we can show you premium content.
• Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe or Whop. We never see or store your card number — those processors share only your email and subscription status with us. Their privacy policies: Stripe, Whop.

What we don't collect

• No advertising or tracking SDKs in our app.
• No analytics profiles, no location data, no contacts, no photos.
• We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.

How we use your information

• To sign you in and keep your session active.
• To check your subscription and unlock premium picks.
• To send you the emails you signed up for (for example daily picks or account emails such as password resets).

Notifications

If you turn on play alerts in the iOS or Android app, notifications are generated on your device by checking our picks feed. Enabling them is optional and you can turn them off at any time in the app or in your device's system settings.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your account information for as long as your account exists. You can permanently delete your account at any time from the iOS or Android app under Account → Delete Account, which removes your login and account data. Billing records held by our payment processors may be retained as required for legal and accounting purposes. Deleting your account does not cancel an active paid subscription — manage that through Stripe or Whop.

Age requirement

LegUp Picks is intended for adults aged 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
