Common questions

• I can't sign in to the app. Use the same email you subscribed with. If you originally signed in on the website with an email link, tap Forgot password? in the app — we'll email you a one-time code to set a password.
• I'm a subscriber but the app says free account. Make sure you signed in with the email your subscription is under, then tap Refresh subscription status on the Account tab. Still stuck? Email us from your subscriber email.
• How do I cancel or manage my subscription? Stripe subscribers: Account tab → Manage Subscription. Whop subscribers: manage it from your Whop account.
• How do I delete my account? In the iOS app: Account tab → Delete Account. This is permanent. It does not cancel an active paid subscription — cancel that with your payment provider. No app access? Email us and we'll delete it for you.
• How do play notifications work? In Today's Plays, tap the bell and choose the analysts you want alerts for. You can also set quiet hours there. Notifications are optional and can be turned off any time.
