Terms of Service.

These terms apply to your use of the LegUp Picks website (leguppicks.com) and iOS app. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them.

What LegUp Picks is

LegUp Picks publishes sports betting analysis, picks, and commentary. It is an information and entertainment service only:

• We are not a sportsbook. You cannot place, deposit, or wager money with us, and our app and site do not facilitate real-money gambling.
• Picks and analysis are opinions. No outcome is guaranteed, past performance does not predict future results, and nothing we publish is financial advice.
• Whether and how you bet is entirely your decision and your responsibility, including complying with the laws of your jurisdiction.

Age requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to use LegUp Picks. Please gamble responsibly. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, call 1-800-GAMBLER.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time in the iOS app under Account → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, share premium content, or attempt to disrupt it.

Subscriptions and billing

• Premium membership is a recurring subscription billed through Stripe or Whop on the web, or through Apple in the iOS app. Prices and any promotional offers are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until canceled. You can cancel any time through the "Manage Subscription" option (Stripe), your Whop account, or your Apple subscription settings; access continues through the end of the paid period and you will not be billed again.
• If your plan includes a free trial, you must cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Once the trial converts, the charge is subject to the refund policy below.
• Promotional pricing (for example a first-month discount) applies only for the period stated at checkout; renewals bill at the regular price.
• Deleting your account does not cancel billing — cancel your subscription with your payment provider.

Refunds, chargebacks, and disputes

All sales are final. Because premium content is delivered digitally and is available to you immediately after purchase, subscription payments are non-refundable. By subscribing you acknowledge and agree that:

• No refunds, credits, or prorations are given for partial billing periods, unused time, forgetting to cancel, or not using the service.
• No refunds are given based on the outcome of any pick, play, or bet. Picks are opinions and no outcome is guaranteed (see above).
• Canceling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period. Your access continues until the period you already paid for ends.
• Purchases made through Apple in the iOS app are handled by Apple under the App Store terms — refund requests for those must be made to Apple, and LegUp Picks cannot issue them.
• If you believe you were charged in error (for example a duplicate charge), email info@leguppicks.com within 7 days of the charge and we will investigate and correct genuine billing errors.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank instead of contacting us first for a legitimate, authorized purchase is a breach of these terms. Where a dispute is filed, we will provide our payment processor with evidence of your acceptance of these terms, your account activity, and the content delivered. Accounts that file chargebacks may be terminated and permanently barred from LegUp Picks services, including the Discord community, and any amount charged back may remain owed.

Content and use

Premium picks, writeups, and analysis are for your personal use. Reselling, redistributing, or publicly reposting premium content is not permitted and is grounds for termination without refund.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LegUp Picks is not liable for any losses — including gambling losses — arising from your use of the service or reliance on any content we publish.

We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
